Subscription terms

Effective October 18, 2026

Lymi is an English-learning service operated by AIPILOT, TOO. These terms cover the subscription sold on lymi.ai. A subscription bought inside the iOS app is sold by Apple under Apple's terms and is managed in the App Store, not here. A subscription bought inside the Android app is sold and billed by Google through Google Play under the Google Play terms: its price, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play and managed there. What the subscription gives you, below, applies wherever you bought it.

What the subscription gives you

Lessons with the AI tutor, the grammar-first route and the progress that goes with them, on every device you sign in to with the same account. The app and the browser share one account and one progress. Lessons are answered by language models, and a model can be wrong: the service teaches, it does not certify. We do not promise a particular level by a particular date.

Price, discount and renewal

The price is shown on the payment page before you confirm, and that is the price you agree to. The regular prices are 2 700 RUB a month, 6 700 RUB for three months and 12 700 RUB a year when paid in roubles, and 28.99 USD a month, 71.99 USD for three months and 141.99 USD a year when paid by card. There is no free trial.

After the level test the payment page may offer a personal discount for a limited time, shown with a countdown. If you subscribe while it is shown, the discounted price becomes your subscription's price and every renewal is charged at it. Once the countdown ends, the regular price applies.

The subscription renews at the end of each period you chose — a month, three months or a year — until it is cancelled. The renewal price is fixed at the moment you subscribe: if the price on the site changes, an existing subscription is not charged more than it agreed to.

Who takes the payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe for GODANCETV LLP. Your card statement will read APP.GODANCE.TV — that is this subscription. Rouble payments are taken in Russia by the sole trader named below, through T-Bank, which issues the fiscal receipt Russian law requires to the email address you give at checkout. Card details never reach our servers.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and the days already paid for remain yours: access ends when the paid period ends, not at the moment you cancel.

Refunds

If something on our side kept you from using what you paid for, write to us and we will refund the period concerned. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw, that right applies whatever this page says.

Ending an account

You may delete your account in the app; deleting it stops future renewals of a subscription bought on lymi.ai and erases the account's data as the privacy policy and the account deletion page describe. It does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play; cancel that there first. We may end a subscription if it is used to attack the service or other learners, and we refund the unused part when we do.

Changes

We will update this page when the terms change, and the effective date above with it. A change never applies backwards to a period you have already paid for. Questions: support@lymi.ai.

Lymi — сервис изучения английского языка, оператор — AIPILOT, TOO. Эти условия относятся к подписке, купленной на lymi.ai. Подписку, купленную внутри приложения для iOS, продаёт Apple по своим условиям, и управлять ею нужно в App Store, а не здесь. Подписку, купленную внутри приложения для Android, продаёт и списывает Google через Google Play по условиям Google Play: цену, продление, отмену и возвраты по ней ведёт Google Play, и управлять ею нужно там. Раздел «Что даёт подписка» ниже действует независимо от того, где подписка куплена.

Что даёт подписка

Уроки с ИИ-репетитором, грамматический маршрут и прогресс по нему — на всех устройствах, где выполнен вход в один и тот же аккаунт. Приложение и браузер делят один аккаунт и один прогресс. Ответы разбирают языковые модели, и модель может ошибаться: сервис учит, но не аттестует. Мы не обещаем определённый уровень к определённой дате.

Цена, скидка и продление

Цена показана на странице оплаты до подтверждения — именно с ней вы соглашаетесь. Обычные цены при оплате в рублях: 2 700 ₽ в месяц, 6 700 ₽ за три месяца и 12 700 ₽ в год; при оплате картой: 28,99 $ в месяц, 71,99 $ за три месяца и 141,99 $ в год. Бесплатного пробного периода нет.

После теста уровня на странице оплаты может действовать персональная скидка с обратным отсчётом времени. Если оформить подписку, пока скидка действует, цена со скидкой становится ценой вашей подписки и сохраняется при каждом продлении. Когда время скидки заканчивается, действует обычная цена.

Подписка продлевается в конце выбранного периода — месяца, трёх месяцев или года, — пока её не отменят. Цена продления фиксируется в момент покупки: если цена на сайте изменится, с уже существующей подписки не спишут больше, чем вы согласовали.

Кто принимает оплату

Оплату картой принимает Stripe в пользу GODANCETV LLP. В выписке по карте будет APP.GODANCE.TV — это и есть эта подписка. Оплату в рублях принимает индивидуальный предприниматель, указанный ниже, через Т-Банк: банк же выдаёт фискальный чек, обязательный по российскому закону, на адрес почты, указанный при оплате. Данные карты на наши серверы не попадают.

Отмена

Отменить можно в любой момент, и уже оплаченные дни остаются вашими: доступ заканчивается вместе с оплаченным периодом, а не в момент отмены.

Возвраты

Если из-за нас вы не смогли пользоваться тем, что оплатили, напишите — вернём деньги за этот период. Если закон даёт вам право на отказ, оно действует независимо от написанного здесь.

Прекращение

Аккаунт можно удалить в приложении: это останавливает будущие списания по подписке, купленной на lymi.ai, и стирает данные аккаунта так, как описано в политике конфиденциальности и на странице удаления аккаунта. Подписку из App Store или Google Play удаление не отменяет — её нужно сначала отменить там. Мы можем прекратить подписку, если её используют для атак на сервис или других учащихся, — и возвращаем деньги за неиспользованную часть.

Изменения

При изменении условий мы обновим эту страницу и дату в её начале. Изменение не действует задним числом на уже оплаченный период. Вопросы: support@lymi.ai.
