Privacy policy

Lymi is an English-learning service operated by AIPILOT, TOO. This policy covers the Lymi app and lymi.ai. For privacy questions and requests, contact [email protected] and mention Lymi. This is the shared support address used by our team.

Account and learning information

When you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we receive an account identifier, your email address and, when provided, your name. Apple may supply a private relay email address. We store your profile, language preferences, learning goals, placement choices, lesson progress, achievements and practice history to run your account, sync your learning and personalize lessons.

Voice and AI conversations

When you start a voice session, your microphone audio, messages and relevant learning context are sent through our service to AI providers for speech recognition, a tutor response and speech synthesis. Google Gemini provides these services; other supported providers, including Alibaba Cloud Model Studio and DeepSeek, may process requests when a corresponding voice engine is selected or configured. Do not include information you do not want processed in a conversation.

Our diagnostic journal stores conversation text, including speech transcriptions and typed messages, together with session and account identifiers, for up to seven days. Access is restricted to administrators and transcript access is logged. The journal does not store raw microphone recordings. AI providers process requests under their own service terms and security and abuse-prevention practices; this seven-day limit describes our journal, not their systems.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes in-app subscription payments. Lymi uses StoreKit transaction and subscription information to provide and restore access. Analytics may record purchase events, product identifiers and prices. We do not receive your full payment card number or bank account details from Apple. Website purchases are processed by Stripe. We store the checkout email, subscription and customer references, payment status, period and price to link a purchase to your account. We do not receive your full payment card number from Stripe.

Analytics, notifications and diagnostics

We use AppMetrica and Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app usage and improve reliability. These services may collect app or device identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, app launches, screen interactions, purchase events, device and operating-system information, crashes and performance data. We do not request precise GPS location. AppMetrica advertising-identifier and location tracking are disabled in the app.

On lymi.ai, including the sign-up pages and the web client, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, and Yandex.Metrica for visitors whose browser asks for Russian. These services set cookies and may collect page addresses, referring links, advertising click identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, device and browser information and interactions such as clicks. Google measurement storage is disabled by default for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, where we do not advertise. Yandex.Metrica session recording is used on the public pages only; it is disabled on the sign-up pages and in the web client, which never record what you type or say. You can also block these services with your browser or an extension; the site and the lessons work without them.

With your permission, notifications use Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Device registration tokens let us deliver notifications and may be linked to your account. You can change microphone and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Technical session events and error reports also help us diagnose problems; our server and GlitchTip error reporting exclude authentication tokens and passwords from report payloads.

Sharing and storage

We use infrastructure, sign-in, AI, analytics and notification providers to deliver the service. Information is shared as needed for those purposes and may be processed outside your country. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Account and learning information is kept while needed to provide your account. Our detailed transcript journal expires after seven days. Other operational, analytics, backup and accounting records have separate retention needs; records necessary for legal obligations or security may remain after an account is deleted. De-identified AI usage totals may be retained without their link to your account. Website subscription records lose their account, email and customer links when you delete your account. De-identified provider transaction references and financial status remain for reconciliation.

Who this is for

Lymi is intended for learners aged 13 and over. Before using AI lessons, you must confirm your age and consent to sending voice and conversation text to our AI providers.

Your choices and requests

Delete your account in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, learning progress, profile and server conversations. Current chat caches for your account and older unassigned chat caches are removed from the device where you delete the account. This does not cancel subscriptions.

Contact [email protected] from your account email to request access, correction or deletion of your Lymi data. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your data or contact a data protection authority.

Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions. Manage Apple subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your Apple device. For a subscription bought on lymi.ai, contact [email protected] to manage billing. If you believe a child has provided information without the required consent, contact us. We will review the request and take appropriate action.

Аккаунт и обучение

При входе через Apple, Google или электронную почту мы получаем идентификатор аккаунта, email и имя, если оно предоставлено. Apple может передать скрытый адрес-посредник. Голос и разговоры с ИИ

Когда вы начинаете голосовое занятие, звук микрофона, сообщения и необходимый учебный контекст передаются через наш сервис поставщикам ИИ для распознавания речи, подготовки ответа и озвучивания. Эти функции предоставляет Google Gemini; другие поддерживаемые поставщики, в том числе Alibaba Cloud Model Studio и DeepSeek, могут обрабатывать запросы при выборе или настройке соответствующего голосового движка. Не сообщайте в разговоре сведения, которые вы не хотите передавать на обработку.

Подписки и платежи

Платежи за подписку в приложении обрабатывает Apple. Lymi использует сведения StoreKit о транзакциях и подписке для предоставления и восстановления доступа. Аналитика может фиксировать события покупок, идентификаторы продуктов и цены. Apple не передаёт нам полный номер вашей банковской карты или реквизиты банковского счёта. Покупки на сайте обрабатывает Stripe. Для привязки покупки к аккаунту мы храним email покупателя, идентификаторы подписки и клиента, статус оплаты, период и цену. Полный номер карты Stripe нам не передаёт.

Аналитика, уведомления и диагностика

AppMetrica и Google Analytics for Firebase помогают понимать использование приложения и повышать его надёжность. Эти сервисы могут собирать идентификаторы приложения или устройства, приблизительную геопозицию по IP-адресу, запуски, взаимодействия с экранами, события покупок, сведения об устройстве и ОС, сбои и показатели производительности. Мы не запрашиваем точную геопозицию GPS. В приложении отключены сбор рекламного идентификатора и отслеживание геопозиции средствами AppMetrica.

С вашего разрешения уведомления доставляются через Apple Push Notification service и Firebase Cloud Messaging. Для доставки используются токены регистрации устройства, которые могут связываться с аккаунтом. Разрешения на микрофон и уведомления можно изменить в настройках iOS. Технические события сессий и отчёты об ошибках помогают находить неисправности; из отчётов сервера и GlitchTip исключаются токены авторизации и пароли.

Передача и хранение

Для работы сервиса мы используем поставщиков инфраструктуры, входа, ИИ, аналитики и уведомлений. Данные передаются по необходимости для этих целей и могут обрабатываться за пределами вашей страны. Мы не продаём персональные данные. Информация может раскрываться, если этого требует закон или защита сервиса и пользователей.

Данные аккаунта и обучения сохраняются, пока необходимы для работы вашего аккаунта. Подробные расшифровки в нашем диагностическом журнале удаляются по истечении семи дней. Для операционных данных, аналитики, резервных копий и учётных записей действуют отдельные сроки; сведения, необходимые для исполнения закона или обеспечения безопасности, могут сохраняться после удаления аккаунта. Обезличенные итоги использования ИИ могут сохраняться без связи с вашим аккаунтом. При удалении аккаунта из записей веб-подписок удаляются связи с аккаунтом, email и идентификатором клиента. Обезличенные идентификаторы транзакций провайдера и финансовый статус сохраняются для сверки.

Для кого это

Lymi предназначен для учеников от 13 лет. Перед ИИ-занятиями необходимо подтвердить возраст и согласиться на передачу голоса и текста разговоров нашим ИИ-провайдерам.

Ваши настройки и запросы

Удалить аккаунт можно в приложении: «Профиль» → «Удалить аккаунт». Аккаунт, прогресс, профиль и разговоры на сервере будут удалены навсегда. На устройстве, с которого выполняется удаление, также удалятся кеши переписок этого аккаунта и старые кеши без привязки к аккаунту. Подписки при этом не отменяются.

Чтобы запросить доступ к данным Lymi, их исправление или удаление, напишите на [email protected] с почты вашего аккаунта. Мы можем попросить подтвердить принадлежность аккаунта. В зависимости от применимого закона у вас также могут быть права ограничить обработку, возразить против неё, получить копию данных или обратиться в орган по защите персональных данных.

Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписки. Управлять подпиской Apple и отменить продление можно на устройстве Apple: «Настройки» → ваше имя → «Подписки». Для управления подпиской, купленной на lymi.ai, напишите на [email protected]. Если ребёнок передал сведения без необходимого согласия, сообщите нам: мы рассмотрим обращение и примем соответствующие меры.
