Delete your Lymi account

Lymi is an English-learning service operated by AIPILOT, TOO. You can delete your Lymi account and its data at any time, from the Android app, the iOS app or the browser at lymi.ai/app/.

In the app

Open Lymi and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile.
Tap “Delete account” («Удалить аккаунт») and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to support@lymi.ai from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Lymi account deletion”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, and we delete it within 30 days of the request.

What is deleted

Your sign-in and profile: name, email address, photo, language and learning settings, chosen tutor.
Your learning: lessons completed, progress, words, achievements and practice history.
Your conversations with the AI tutor stored on our servers, including transcripts and the diagnostic journal.
Notification registrations linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment and subscription records needed for accounting and tax law lose their link to your account, email and customer reference; the de-identified transaction reference, amount, period and status are kept for as long as that law requires.
De-identified AI usage totals, with no link to your account, may be kept for cost accounting.
Server logs and error reports are removed on their own schedule, within 30 days. Rolling database backups are replaced within 30 days, after which deleted data no longer exists in them.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought from Apple or Google. Cancel it there first:

Google Play: Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lymi → Cancel.
App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lymi.
Bought on lymi.ai: deleting the account in the app stops future renewals; you can also cancel as the subscription terms describe.

Удаление аккаунта Lymi

Lymi — сервис изучения английского языка, оператор — AIPILOT, TOO. Удалить аккаунт Lymi и его данные можно в любой момент: в приложении для Android, для iOS или в браузере на lymi.ai/app/.

В приложении

Откройте Lymi и войдите в аккаунт, который хотите удалить.
Перейдите в «Профиль».
Нажмите «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите.

Аккаунт удаляется сразу, после чего выполняется выход. Отменить это нельзя.

По почте

Если войти не получается, напишите на support@lymi.ai с почты, привязанной к аккаунту, с темой «Удаление аккаунта Lymi». Мы можем попросить подтвердить, что аккаунт ваш, и удалим его в течение 30 дней после обращения.

Что удаляется

Вход и профиль: имя, email, фото, языковые и учебные настройки, выбранный репетитор.
Обучение: пройденные уроки, прогресс, слова, достижения и история практики.
Разговоры с ИИ-репетитором на наших серверах, включая расшифровки и диагностический журнал.
Регистрации уведомлений, связанные с аккаунтом.

Что сохраняется и как долго

Записи об оплатах и подписках, которых требует бухгалтерский и налоговый учёт, теряют связь с аккаунтом, email и идентификатором клиента; обезличенный идентификатор транзакции, сумма, период и статус хранятся столько, сколько требует закон.
Обезличенные итоги использования ИИ без связи с аккаунтом могут сохраняться для учёта расходов.
Журналы сервера и отчёты об ошибках удаляются по своему графику, в течение 30 дней. Резервные копии базы обновляются по кругу в течение 30 дней, после чего удалённых данных в них не остаётся.

Подписка — отдельно

Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку, купленную у Apple или Google. Сначала отмените её там:

Google Play: Play Маркет → значок профиля → «Платежи и подписки» → «Подписки» → Lymi → «Отменить подписку».
App Store: «Настройки» → ваше имя → «Подписки» → Lymi.
Покупка на lymi.ai: удаление аккаунта в приложении останавливает будущие списания; отменить можно и так, как описано в условиях подписки.
