What does it cost, and how do I stop it?
You choose how long for — a month, three months or a year — and the exact price in your own currency is shown before you pay; nothing is charged before you have seen it. You can cancel any time, from your account or the link in your receipt, and the period you already paid for stays yours.
When will I actually speak?
In the very first lesson. Every lesson is a conversation, so there is no stage where you only collect words for later: a short explanation, and then you speak.
How is this different from the free apps?
There you tap; here you talk. A lesson is a spoken conversation, the grammar arrives in order rather than as whatever exercise comes next, and your answer is judged by meaning — a sentence has many right forms — then corrected in your own language, in the same breath.
Which languages are available?
You learn English. The lessons are explained in Russian today — the other explanation languages are being written lesson by lesson — and the interface follows your device in 22 languages.
Will I be talking to AI?
Yes. Lymi is an AI companion you can talk with, ask questions and practise English with. Voice conversations require sign-in, microphone access and an internet connection.
Do I need to install anything?
You do not have to. Lessons run in the browser — sign in and start. There is also an iPhone app on the App Store (iOS 17 and later); the same account and the same progress work in both.
Do I need a microphone?
Yes — a lesson is spoken. The built-in microphone of a computer or a phone will do; headphones help, but are not required.
Can I start from zero?
Yes. The route starts with the simplest sentences and adds one construction at a time, so nothing arrives before the thing it is built on.
Does a subscription bought here work in the app?
Yes. It is attached to the address you paid with, so signing in with that address on any device finds it — in the browser and in the iPhone app alike.
